    This JUNGPANA VINTAGE CHINA is a fine specimen of Darjeeling Spring Flush. As the name suggests this comes from the chinary cultivar and has the trademark typical JUNGPANA flavour. The dry leaves are long dark green finely rolled leaves with a baked nutty aroma. When brewed for 4 minutes we get a full bodied fruity cup which has a stone-fruit flavour combined with a pleasant green tart taste. The mouthfeel is buttery in texture and it has a fruity apricot like aftertaste. The brewed leaves are fine plucked uncut green leaves and it has a peachy passion fruit like citrus flavour.
