Jungpana Wonder Exotic Tea is the probably the best Autumnal Tea we have tasted in many years. Jungpana this year has been among the very few gardens which has delivered genuine Autumn Flavor.
The flavour is typical Jungpana, very complex and thick cup. The liquor is dark red with strong sweet musk aroma. The tea is very smooth and gives a smooth coating on the pallet. It is a mix of fruity and musky giving layers of flavour. The tea keeps getting better as the liquid cools down.
This is that kind of tea which doesn’t come often. A must try for all connoisseurs.
- DRY LEAVES: Fine rolled uncut reddish black leaves.
- LIQUOR: Red with fruity musk aroma.
- INFUSION: Bright coppery with peach like musky aroma
Fresh water brought to 1st Boil (90C). Add 1 tea spoonful (2 grams) per cup of 170 ml. Steep for 3 minutes. Strain to cup and sip as it cools. Second and third steep gives best result when steeped for full 5 minutes.
