Giddapahar Spring Magic is among the earliest manufacturing from Giddapahar Tea Estate. This is the second lot manufactured in this garden. The tea is the finest specimen of a perfect First Flush tea. Everything is perfect about this tea. The plucking standard is very fine, perfect withering, rolling and just the perfect temperature for roasting.  As the name suggests, this tea is a SPRING MAGIC.

This tea comes from the highest elevated chinary bushes of this garden. The flavors are a complex floral bouquet. The sip starts with a burst of fresh floral notes and ends well leaving a very smooth sweet honey like aftertaste and a little astringency which only adds to the glory of this tea.

This is among the best First Flush tea we have tasted from this estate since previous few years.

• DRY LEAVES: Uncut-twisted greenish black leaves with strong floral aroma.
• LIQUOR: Bright golden with floral (exotic flowers) like aroma.
• INFUSION: Olive green whole leaves with floral and grassy aroma..

STEEPING INSTRUCTIONS:

Fresh water brought to 1^st Boil (90C). Add 1 tea spoonful (2 grams) per cup of 150ml. Steep for 4 minutes. Strain to cup and sip as it cools. Second and third steep gives best result when steeped for full 5 minutes.
